This bright 2 bedroom apartment enjoys a quiet but central location within a desirable modern development 2 minutes walk from the town centre. The privately-owned apartment is on the 3rd floor and offers wonderful views of the ever-changing scene in Oban Bay and hills of Mull.

Highly equipped and with Scottish Tourist Board 4 star grading, the apartment has recently undergone a major refurbishment. It now offers an excellent standard of quality accommodation for up to 4 people, with the following facilities:

Location and amenities

The apartment is situated a two minute level walk from the town's Argyll Square, and restaurants and shops are easily accessible on foot. An excellent newsagent/general store is in the next block to the apartment, and the main supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk.

Parking

On-street metered parking (9.00-6.00pm, Mon-Sat) is available in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Un-metered parking is available approximately five minutes walk from the apartment, and longer-stay ticketed parking is also available within 5 minutes walk. Free use of our car park at Greencourt Guest House - 10 minutes walk from the apartment - is also available.

Availability and Tariff

Reservations are accepted on a weekly Saturday-Saturday basis, with prices ranging from £250 - £450 per week.

Shorter bookings are subject to availability and off-season offers are also available.
