Reservations are accepted on a weekly Saturday-Saturday basis, with prices ranging from £650 (low season) to £875 (high season) per week (see prices below).. Shorter bookings are subject to availability and off-season offers are also available.

Making a booking

To book the apartment, we request a deposit of £100. On receipt of the deposit, we confirm the reservation in writing, and the balance of the rental is payable 6 weeks in advance of the day of arrival

The rental cost is per week and prices include all heating, water, linen and towels.

In the event of full payment not being made by the due time we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If a cancellation is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the full rental cost will still be due unless we can re-let the property. For cancellations made with more than 6 weeks notice, the rental cost will be re-imbursed apart from the initial deposit.

Access to the property is from 3.00pm on the first day and they must be vacated by 10.00am on the departure date. This allows cleaning and preparation for the next guests to take place. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 people sleeping in two bedrooms. Pets are not permitted in the property and the apartment is exclusively for non-smokers.

How to find us

If you are coming by car, once you get into Oban, follow the signs for the ferry terminal. When you leave Argyll Square to take the road to the ferry terminal, turn first right and cross the road straight into the car park.

If you are coming by train or bus, this is a very easy journey! The train and bus stations are less than a minute's walk from Lismore Apartments - come out of the train station and turn right past M & Co, and the entrance to Lismore House is round the corner on the right.
